Shipments and returns
Your pack shipment
All product available from CAFETEQ.com are available from stock. We are able to deliver the majority of products direct from stock. Occasionally we have to consolidate orders and process them on a back order basis.
In the event a product cannot be shipped from stock, we will process all sales orders on a 2 week (10 business day) cycle. All sales orders between business days 1 to 5 are consolidated. A bulk purchase order is made by us with the manufacturer/distributor on day 6. The Stock items are delivered to us and your orders are dispatched to you on day 8 and should arrive no later than day 10.
Shipping fees include handling and packing fees as well as postage costs. Handling fees are fixed, whereas transport fees vary according to total weight of the shipment. We advise you to group your items in one order. We cannot group two distinct orders placed separately, and shipping fees will apply to each of them. Your package will be dispatched at your own risk, but special care is taken to protect fragile objects.
Boxes are amply sized and your items are well-protected.
